Club Owners United, Inc. is a Chicago-based nonprofit focused on assisting Chicagoland area high school students with the financial burdens that come with the next phase of their education. COU is an alliance of club owners from various backgrounds who realize the importance of pouring into our youth to inspire and support their dream of thriving in a collegiate setting.
Following the tradition of the late founder and president, Melvin Reese Burnside, we are continuing our efforts to give back to the community. COU has given away over $250,000 in scholarships to Chicagoland area students for them to attend a college or university of their choice. In addition, each child also receives a laptop to ensure they get off to a great start.
