Our Mission
Following the tradition of the late Club Owners United president, Melvin Reese Burnside, we are continuing our efforts to give back to the community. We have always felt that there is no better way to give back than to help the younger generation advance their lives with a college education. This year,we are assisting young adults as they take the leap from high school to college.
What We've Achieved
Awarded over 168 scholarships to deserving high school graduates
Given 68 grads new laptops to take with them to college
Raised nearly $300,000 for those scholarships, computers and special awards
Reached over 5,300 guests who support Club Owners United annual dinner/dance where the scholarships are awarded
Maintained a productive relationship with community leaders and organizations who share Club Owners United mission
